摘要
随着汽车工业的迅速发展,汽车换胎工业也迅速壮大。特别是改革开放以来,我国的汽车换胎行业有了很大的发展,为之服务的汽车换胎设备行业已成为我国的新兴行业并不断发展壮大。作为汽车换胎用必备之一的各种汽车换胎液压顶升装置备如雨后春笋般的涌现。但符合国际标准的不多,中高档层次的汽车换胎液压顶升装置没有。本文通过对我国汽车汽车换胎液压顶升装置现状的调查、研究、分析,参考国内外解决汽车换胎液压顶升装置安全与稳定性问题的解决措施,对几种汽车换胎液压顶升装置进行了分析,并结合我国汽车换胎液压顶升装置存在的实际情况,提出了适合我国汽车修理行业的液压汽车汽车换胎液压顶升装置设计方案。
本文首先阐述了液压汽车汽车换胎液压顶升装置设计的目的和意义、发展状况以及应用前景。分析论证了一种顶升载荷w=102×41=4182N的液压汽车汽车换胎液压顶升装置总体设计方案,进行了汽车换胎液压顶升装置构的机械系统、液压系统、等主要机构的方案分析和选择,并对机械部分进行了运动分析以及强度和刚度的校核计算,对液压系统进行了设计和计算。

ABSTRACT
Double column type elevator machine is a car repair and maintenance units of the commonly used lifting device,widely used in cars compact car repair and maintenance. It is avehicleweight is not more than four tons of equipment of all kinds of cars,vans, such asvehicle lifting to a certain height for cars in maintenance and safety inspection of homework maintenance equipments.
This article through to our country auto lift machine, the investigation of the present situation of research, analysis, reference to solve lifting machine at home and abroadwith the stability safety measures to resolve the problem of several lifting machine is analyzed, and in combinationwith the lifting of the machine are the actual situation, proposed the suitable for China's car repair industry double column type auto lift machine design.
This paper expounds the double column type auto lift machine design of purpose and meaning, development situation and application prospect. The paper analysis the bearing quality for a lifting of the 3.2 t double column type auto lift machine, the overall design scheme of lifting mechanism of mechanical system, hydraulic system, electrical system, the main institution of the scheme and options, and analysis of the mechanical parts of the movement analysis and the strength and stiffness of the hydraulic system to check calculation, the design and calculation. This subject is based on the computer simulation platform, the application of the current CAD/CAE field iswidely 2 d software for drawing AutoCAD.
