摘要:汽车技术飞速发展,各国路况水平逐渐完善,要求发动机高转速、高功率和汽车电子高科技,各方面都在向着高精尖的技术层次发展,人们的使用需求和要求也在日渐提高,对离合器性能的要求也与日俱增。推式膜片弹簧离合器不能满足实际需要,拉式膜片弹簧离合器可满足实际需要逐渐取代了它。由于其操作形式不便,正慢慢被自动操纵这种新的发展形式而取代。因此,离合器的发展趋势很明显,拥有很高的结构性能和满足使用要求的寿命,并且能够在高转速确保良好的工作状态,拥有简洁的部件构成和很高的传递效率。
本文根据离合器技术发展的具体要求,对某汽车离合器进行了设计。首先,根据当前离合器研究现状,包括功用、工作原理、具体的设计要求,对本文要完成的各项内容和所要完成的成果进行了全面概要的安排。然后,对离合器的结构进行了详细的设计,根据相关标准和要求,重点介绍了离合器构成部件及其构成方式的选取方案;根据设计要点,对主要构成部件的设计进行了详细的阐述。最后,对离合器构成部件的具体参数进行了科学的计算和优眩

Diaphragm spring clutch design of lightvehicles

Abstract:With the rapid development of automotive technology, national traffic levels gradually improved, the required engine high speed, high power and high tech automotive electronics, in all aspects of sophisticated technology towards the level of development, people's needs and requirements are also rising, and clutch performance requirements are also increasing. Push type diaphragm spring clutch structure is more traditional, and are gradually upgrading. It faceswith technology updates, because of its remarkable features pull-type diaphragm spring clutch structure gradually replaced the former. Since its operation in the form of inconvenience, it is slowly being robotic this new form of development and replaced. Therefore, the development trend of the clutch is evident,with a high structural performance and to meet the requirements of life, and to ensure goodworking conditions in high speed, and having a simple structure and components of a high transfer efficiency.
According to the specific requirements of clutch technology development, a car clutch is designed. Firstly, according to current research status of the clutch, including function,working principle, the specific design requirements, thevarious elements and the results of this paper are completedwith a comprehensive overview of the arrangements. Then, the clutch structure detailed is design, according to the relevant standards and requirements, focusing on the selected program and its constituent members constituting the clutch mode; Depending upon design considerations, the design of main components is elaborated. Finally, the specific parameters of the clutch component part are scientifically calculated and preferred.
