摘要
皮带助卷器是精整线、冷轧上必不可缺的设备之一,通常用于冶金行业,如铝材、钢铁、铜材等。在对薄带钢进行精整、冷轧的生产过程中,需要通过皮带助卷器,将最初的2~3圈带钢缠绕到卷取机的卷筒上,产生初始的张力,然后才能进行张力轧制和卷取,由此可见皮带助卷器在冷轧带钢中有极其重要的作用。直型冷轧带钢,在助卷皮带的张力作用下会产生弹塑性弯曲变形,同时在皮带施加的径向压力下,带钢会受到卷筒与皮带之间的摩擦力作用。卷筒转动时,助卷皮带在摩擦力的作用下随之一起转动,带钢头部经导板进入卷筒与皮带之间,贴合卷筒表面卷龋
本文主要是针对厚为0.3~2.3mm,宽为700~1630mm的热镀锌软钢和高强钢钢板进行的皮带助卷器设计,首先,计算带钢的弯曲力矩和皮带张力;其次,对张紧油缸和摆动油缸进行型号选取和推力校核;然后,运用Solid Works软件对助卷器进行三维建模,模拟其工作过程;最后,为了使其满足所需强度和刚度要求,采用Solid Works Simulation工具对悬臂支撑轴进行有限元分析。

ABSTRACT
Belt rewinder is one of the indispensable equipments for finishing line and cold rolling. It is usually used in metallurgical industry such as aluminum, steel, copper and so on. In the production process of thin strip steel for finishing and cold rolling, it is necessary to wind the first 2 or 3 coils of steel strip onto the coiler of the coiler through the belt wrapper to generate the initial tension, and then it is possible to carry out Tension rolling and take-up, it can be seen that the belt wrapper plays an extremely important role in the cold strip. The straight cold-rolled strip steel will produce elasto-plastic bending deformation under the tension of the auxiliary reeling belt. At the same time, under the radial pressure applied by the belt, the strip steel will be affected by the friction between the reel and the belt. When the reel rotates, the auxiliary reeling belt rotates together with the friction force, and the strip head enters between the reel and the belt via the guide plate, and the surface of the reel is coiled.
This article mainly focuses on hot-dip galvanized mild steel and high-strength steel plates with a thickness of 0.3~2.3mm and a width of 700~1630mm. First, calculate the bending moment and belt tension of the strip. Second, select the type of the tension cylinder and swing cylinder. And thrust check; then, use Solid Works software to three-dimensional modeling of the rewinder to simulate its working process; Finally, in order to meet the required strength and stiffness requirements, the Solid Works Simulation tool is used to carry out the finite element of the cantilever support shaft. analysis.
