某型离合器拨叉的铣拨叉脚两端面夹具设计及加工工艺装备
摘要
伴随制造业的飞速发展,夹具的设计及制作也迎来了其发展的春天。夹具是零件加工的夹紧装置,是加工零件的一种必不可少的装置。夹具利用率高,经济性好,对功能组件的使用和数量少。在设计专用夹具时要考虑工件的定位方案,工件的夹紧方案和设计夹紧机构,夹具的其他组成部分,夹具的结构形式等。
本次设计的题目是某型离合器拨叉加工工艺及工艺装备设计。该零件属于拨叉类零件,在加工时其精度有相应的要求。因此一定要设计合适的夹具方能确保所有工序的完成,由于该零件需要大批量生产,本次设计是专用夹具铣削叉脚两端面铣削专用夹具设计,保证零件的加工质量。由于夹具的利用率高,经济性好,使用元件的功能强并且数量少,配套费用低,降低了生产成本;采用夹紧装置,缩短停机时间,提高生产效率。
完成铣床夹具的所有设计后,用AutoCAD进行二维图形的绘制。标注相关尺寸及技术要求,最后进行的撰写、整理、修改完成该设计,达到了教学要求。为以后的学习和工作夯实了基矗

Abstract
With the rapid development of manufacturing, fixture design and production also ushered in the spring of its development. Jig is clamping device parts processing, processing apparatus is an essential part. Jig utilization is high, the economy is good, and less use of functional components and quantities. In the design of special fixtures to considerwhen positioning schemeworkpiece clamping scheme and design of theworkpiece clamping mechanism, other components of the jig, fixture and other structure.
This topic is designed to process a certain type of clutch fork design and process equipment. This part belongs to the fork parts, precision in the processing of their respective requirements. Therefore,we must design suitable fixture in order to ensure the completion of all the processes, since the parts needed for mass production, this design is a special fixture milling ends face milling prongs special fixture designed to ensure processing quality parts. Due to the high utilization of the jig, the economy is good, strong functions and components used a small number of low support costs, reduce production costs; the use of the clamping device, reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.
Upon completion of milling jig all designedwith AutoCAD drawing two-dimensional graphics. Marked relevant dimensions and technical requirements, and finallywriting papers, organize, edit, complete the graduation project, to achieve teaching requirements. For future learning andwork to lay a solid foundation.
