板栗切口机又称板栗划口机,板栗开口机,是在板栗加工过程中给板栗开口、切口、划口的设备,代替手工剪刀剪口,刀片划口,板栗割开一道口子后,在炒制、浸味、淹制、切口才更加容易。板栗从投料口加入,投料室设计成漏斗状可实现批量加工。切口机采用链板式传送,投料口处传送链的倾斜设计可实现板栗自动上链。双刀盘和刀具高速旋转,进行板栗的切口工作。板栗切口完成后,被传送链输送到出料口,利用重力从传送链上自行脱落,完成整个的板栗切口加工。
本次设计主要针板栗切口机进行设计。首先,通过对板栗切口机结构及原理进行分析,在此分析基础上提出了总体结构方案;接着,对主要技术参数进行了计算选择;然后,对各主要零部件进行了设计与校核;最后,通过AutoCAD制图软件绘制了板栗切口机总装图、传动装置装配图及主要零部件图。
通过本次设计,巩固了大学所学专业知识,如:机械原理、机械设计、材料力学、公差与互换性理论、机械制图等;掌握了普通机械产品的设计方法并能够熟练使用AutoCAD制图软件,对今后的工作于生活具有极大意义。

Abstract

Incision machine chain plate transmission, tilt design doghouse at the conveyor chain can realize automatic chain chestnut. Pole high-speed rotating disk and knives carried Chestnut incision work. Chestnut incision is completed, the conveyor chain is transported to the discharge port, by gravity from the conveyor chain to fall off, to complete the chestnut cutout processing.

Through this design, the consolidation of the university is expertise, such as: mechanical principles, mechanical design, mechanics of materials, tolerances and interchangeability theory, mechanical drawing, etc; mastered the design method of general machinery products and be able to skillfully use AutoCAD drawing software for the future work of great significance in life.
