摘要
纸箱打包机是一种新型机电一体化的包装机械。全过程能够实现半自动化,通过进退带机构和夹压剪切机构,实现对产品的包装。首先通过了解实际的使用情况选择出纸箱打包机的合适的总体尺寸,接着从功能出发,得知所需要的机构,并进行了合理的布局。然后就是选择纸箱打包机中的通用件和标准件,通过计算校核,符合所使用的条件。最后就是对于机器中需要的零部件进行设计计算。主要设计计算了凸轮分配箱和摩擦轮机构,以及里面的轴的设计和计算。纸箱打包机能够提高包装的效率,给现实生活提供了极大地帮助,节省了大量的人力和物力,极大的促进了了包装业的发展。
纸箱打包机的工作过程是,摩擦轮通过电机带动着转动,进而使包装带前进,人工把包装物放到打包台,手动将包装带送到焊接处,并且触动微动开关,这时机器开始运转,首先第一压头开始上升夹紧带,这时电机开始反转,对带进行收紧,当达到一定的要求后,第二压头开始上升,这样带的部分几乎固定了,然后第三压头再上升,对带进行加热,实现带的热熔融,压头进行压紧,最后由刀头进行剪断,整个过程完成,用人工把箱子搬运走。
里面涉及了众多零部件的选择和校核。首先对机架提出了要求,然后依次选择了电机和箱体,最重要的对于各个轴的校核。轴承的选择,包括步进电机的选择都是经过步步的计算的出来的。捆扎带的选择直接影响了整个的过程的设计,确定了大体的结构。
里面涉及的主要包含箱体的选择,对于选择铸造的箱体的好处,有利于大批量的生产,但是生产的相对于焊接的箱体比较笨重,焊接箱体美观,强度高,但不太适合大批量的生产。综合各部件的不同的使用的条件,对不同的部件采用不同的方式。涉及了凸轮的设计的过程。

ABSTRACT
Carton packing machine is a new type of mechanical and electrical integration of packaging machinery. Whole process can realize the semi-automatic, through mechanism and clamping pressure shear mechanism in a belt, for the packing of the products. First, by understanding the actual usage for selecting suitable overall dimensions of the carton packing machine, and then starting from the function, learned that needed institutions, and the reasonable layout. And then choose carton packing machine of interchangeable parts and standard parts, by calculating and checking, can meet the requirements of use. The last is design and calculation for the parts required of the machine. Main design to calculate the distribution box and friction wheel mechanism, as well as the design and calculation of the shaft inside. Carton packing machine can improve the efficiency of the packaging, to the real life provides a great help, save a lot of manpower and material resources, greatly promote the development of packaging industry.

Involved inside contain housing choice, to choose the casting of the benefits of the box body, is advantageous to the mass production, but the production relative to the welding box is heavy, the welding box body beautiful, high strength, but is not suitable for mass production. Integrated parts of different using conditions, adopt different ways for different parts. Involved in the process of the design of the CAM.

1.1打包机的背景
纸箱打包机是一种新型的打包设备。主要用于纸箱企业和纸类包装生产的企业。纸箱打包机适用于纸张打包、纸箱打包、军工产品打包、轻工业打包、五金工具打包、陶瓷制品打包、钢材打包、日化用品打包、文体用品打包、元器件打包、铝型材料打包等各种大小货物的打包捆扎。打包是包装的最后一道工序,一般是用绳、钢带、塑料带将单个或数个包装物进行捆紧扎牢以便于运输、保管和装卸的一种包装作业。捆扎机械的发展,在一定程度上借助于捆扎材料的开发应用。在捆扎材料中先后出现的有草绳、绵麻绳、纸绳、金属丝、塑料绳、塑料带、钢带、聚胺酯带等。但由于其本身的延伸率和轻度不同和适应程度对机械要求的各异,以及考虑经济效应,现在,塑料袋和钢带一直处于领先的。特别是自上世纪五十年代以来,随着石油化工的崛起,开始用塑料作为捆扎材料,为塑料带(绳)捆扎机械的开发成功奠定了基础。由于塑料带比钢带、纸带具有较低的使用成本和不锈蚀、不污染、强度适中手感柔软、制造方便、外观美观等优点,使之在许多领域逐步替代原来的钢带,纸带,塑料带捆扎机成为包装机械中少有的技术成熟、简单可靠、品种齐全、覆盖面广的主要设备。
目前,生产设备的更新水平超过了我国的设备的发展速度。虽然少数国内企业从国外引进了部分全自动打捆设备,凭借自身雄厚的资金,这样的方式要花费高额的专利费,并特别的经济,国内很多的企业依旧使用的半自动甚至是人工的方式进行打包。因此,根据包装行业在我国的发展形势,我们必须研究出高性能的机器,代替高额的进口费用,从而大大提高我国整个的包装的质量,从而节省大量的劳动力。
